Positions:
Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative your main responsibility is taking care of our customers. This includes answering inbound calls, responding to new inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and managing communications within our service platform. You will also be managing our technicians’ routes and schedules while communicating with the field of any customer concerns. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude will get you very far in this position. You must be reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable communicating over the phone and via text/email with our customers. Must have the ability to prioritize and have great time management skills.
